In Portugal and in its former colonies, the expression "constitucionalismo outorgado » is part of the constitutional vocabulary since the granting of the Charter of 1826. The French inspiration is obvious ; however, no equivalent expression exists in France. This curiosity leads to measure all the ambiguity of the concept of "granted constitutionalism", an improbable oxymoron according to the president of the Portuguese Republic, Teófilo Braga. Is it about a simple political and linguistic claim, a temporary compromise at the end of a frustrated Revolution? Or does it translate a deeper program, to reconcile both sides of the constitutionalism, ancient and modern ?

After France, and before Brazil, the second article concerns Portugal. The portuguese legal framework was appropriate to stem the birth of the constituent power. Reconstructed on the basis of an apocryphal transcription of its founding pact, the Cortes of Lamego of 1143, the portuguese public law benefited on top of a written document born in the XVth century, the Ordenações. This double peculiarity, making "iberian liberties" a model of the ancient constitutionalism, explains the reverential respect for these medieval borders and the hatred following Dom Pedro's granting in 1826. Siguiendo el ejemplo fenicio: colonización del Mediterráneo occidental por Spirobranchus cf. tetraceros (Annelida: Serpulidae)

A newly established population of the fouling polychaete Spirobranchus cf. tetraceros is reported from the western Mediterranean (Valencia Port). Despite previous intensive surveys, this is the first record for the taxon in the Iberian Peninsula. Molecular analyses revealed that S. cf. tetraceros from Valencia are genetically identical to specimens from Heraklion, Crete, but different from those collected in the Red Sea and S. tetraceros sensu stricto from the type locality in Australia. Mediterranean and Red Sea S. cf. tetraceros form a well-supported monophyletic clade but are clearly distinct from New South Wales specimens of S. tetraceros. Darbā tiek analizēta Latvijas Atvērto datu portāla izglītības datu kopu kvalitāte. Tiek dots pārskats par atvērto datu un to kvalitātes jēdzieniem, aktualitāti un problēmām. Novērtējot atvērto izglītības datu kopu kvalitāti, tiek pielietota jauna Latvijas Universitātes zinātnieku piedāvāta datu kvalitātes novērtēšanas pieeja. Tā būtiski atšķiras no tradicionālās datu kvalitātes novērtēšanas, kas pielieto dimensijas jēdzienus. Jaunā metode piedāvā datu kvalitāti vērtēt datu lietojumu kontekstā. Tiek parādītas izglītības atvērto datu konkrētas kvalitātes problēmas, to ietekme uz šo datu lietojumiem un piedāvātas datu kvalitātes uzlabošanas metodes.

Bakalaura darbā “Latvijas atvērto datu kvalitātes analīze un identificēto kvalitātes trūkumu klasificēšana” tiek analizētas un salīdzinātas atvērto datu kopas, noskaidrojot datu kvalitātes trūkumus. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt un apkopot literatūru, veidojot pārskatu par datu kvalitātes dimensijām, problēmu veidiem, standartiem un vadlīnijām un izveidot pārbaudāmo pozīciju apkopojumu, uz kuru balstoties veikt SQL-balstītu analīzi vairākām Latvijas atvērto datu kopām, rezultātā secinot, kuras ir visizplatītākās datu kvalitātes problēmas un trūkumi.
