RESUMENEl objetivo de este trabajo es analizar la contribución que tiene una serie de determinantes en el comportamiento de queja con el fin de identificar la combinación que mejor explica las respuestas de queja, a terceras partes y privadas. The reconstruction of eighteenth-century private libraries is a matter that raises questions about the methodological criteria to be used. In line with current historiographical methods, the essay tries to integrate correspondence and literary and archival sources to reconstruct the libraria of Gabriela Lancillotto Castelli, Prince of Torremuzza, taking care to observe the type of circulation and use of books in eighteenth- century Palermo and, more broadly, the particular effervescence of local culture following the expulsion of the Jesuits.

This study investigates the drivers impacting the success of the environmental voluntary program recently launched in France. This program, titled EVE (Engagements Volontaires pour l’Environnement), aims to improve transport operators’ efficiency and to reduce CO2 emissions in the environment. Due to the complexity of the context in which the EVE program is implemented, we used a System Dynamics (SD) approach. This study offers multiple contributions.
