SIA „Inovatīvo biomedicīnas tehnoloģiju institūts” reorganizācijas procesa projekts

2021

Maģistra darba temats ir “Sabiedrība ar ierobežotu atbildību „Inovatīvo biomedicīnas tehnoloģiju institūts” reorganizācijas procesa projekts”. Tirdzniecības virzienā izdalīšana atsevišķā struktūrvienībā, tā attīstības nolūkā, veido tēmas aktualitāti. Šī darba mērķis ir pamatojoties uz teorētisko analīzi, LR normatīvo aktu izpēti, uzņēmuma darbības veidu analīzi un finanšu pārskata analīzi izstrādāt procesa projektu uzņēmuma reorganizācijai nodalīšanas veidā, veikt secinājumus un balstoties uz tiem izstrādāt priekšlikumus. Darba ietvaros veikta sabiedrības finansiālas darbības analīze atsevišķi parādot tirdzniecības virziena finanšu datus, aprakstīts reorganizācijas process un tā ieguvums, s…

Scientific writing for impact factor journals

2013

EASARCICAPLivre dispo. dans :hal-00832739, version 1; Publish or Perish. This old adage illustrates the importance of scientific communication; essential to research, it also represents a strategic sector for each country’s competitiveness. An often-neglected topic, scientific communication is of vital importance, with new information technologies accelerating and profoundly changing how knowledge is disseminated. The necessity of optimally disseminating experts’ findings has also become crucial to researchers, institutes and universities alike, which has prompted the recent advent of Impact Factors for the evaluation and financing of research, the goal being for scientific knowledge to be …

How representative are referendums? Evidence from 20 years of Swiss referendums

2017

Direct democracy allows citizens to reverse decisions made by legislatures and even initiate new laws which parliaments are unwilling to pass, thereby, as its proponents argue, leading to more representative policies than would have obtained under a purely representative democracy. Yet, turnout in referendums is usually lower than in parliamentary elections and tends to be skewed towards citizens of high socio-economic status. Consequently, critics of direct democracy argue that referendum outcomes may not be representative of the preferences of the population at large. We test this assertion using a compilation of post-referendum surveys encompassing 148 national referendums held in Switze…

An Information Systems Design Theory for Integrated Requirements and Release Management Systems

2009

High-tech companies need to collect and analyze requirements and allocate them to appropriate product releases in market-driven product development. Development activities are typically scattered across multiple sites and involve multiple partners in different countries, complicating requirements and release management. Flexible, scalable, and secure groupware-based support for the activities provides substantial payoffs. Yet, the extant literature provides little theoretical guidance for designing and using requirements and release management systems in multi-site, multi-partner environments. This article develops the meta-requirements and a meta-design of an information systems design the…

Dubultās sodīšanas nepieļaujamības (ne bis in idem) principa pārkāpumi

2022

Maģistra darba tēma “Dubultās sodīšanas nepieļaujamības (ne bis in idem) principa pārkāpumi” tika izvēlēta, pamatojoties uz to, ka principa interpretācija joprojām tiek pilnveidota, arvien sasniedzot jaunas atziņas, kuras ir būtiskas principa pamatotā piemērošanā. Latvijas tiesu praksē joprojām saskatāmas problēmas ar principa vienveidīgu piemērošanu, tādējādi pasliktinot apsūdzētā stāvokli un pieļaujot principa pārkāpumus. Darbā ir apskatīta principa attīstība gadsimtu griezumā, principu reglamentējošā normatīvā bāze, principa interpretācija Eiropas Cilvēktiesību tiesas (turpmāk - ECT) un Eiropas Savienības tiesas (turpmāk – EST) judikatūrā, pieteikumu par iespējamo principa pārkāpumu anal…

Docenti precari: resilienza e promozione del benessere

2014

Abbiamo verificat…

Proces resocjalizacji w perspektywie nueronauk

2015

Wiedzę tę należy wykorzystywać w przypadku oddziaływań resocjalizacyjnych skierowanych do osób, które mają problem z samoświadomością, motywacją do zmian i wiarą w osiągnięcie sukcesu.

Electrical Safety Analysis in the Presence of Resonant Grounding Neutral

2019

The resonant grounding is one of the possible methods of the system neutral grounding for the medium voltage distribution. IEEE standards do define this grounding configuration, but important advantages and drawbacks of the resonant grounding might not be fully known, due to its rather uncommon application in North America. On the other hand, resonant grounding in Europe is imposed by the increased requirements for power quality, especially for medium-voltage (MV) industrial users, imposed to electric utilities by regulatory authorities, with the purpose to protect the interests of users and consumers. Level of the continuity of the service, magnitude and phase of ground-fault currents, mag…
