Kultūršoks Erasmus apmaiņas studentu dzīvē un tā atrisināšanas veidi

Erasmus mācību mobilitātes dalībniekiem ir piedāvāta iespēja pavadīt vienu vai divus semestrus studēt augstākās izglītības iestādē citā Eiropas valstī. Ierodoties šajā valstī, studentiem var rasties kultūršoks. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt kultūršoka jēdzienu un iegūt datus par visvairāk traucējošākajiem iemesliem, kas to izraisa, kā arī atrast veidus, kā to risināt. Šim nolūkam autore analizēja teorijas par kultūršoku, adaptāciju un atgriešanās kultūršoku, kā arī izstrādāja un veica starptautisku aptauju. Papildus tika intervēti četri Erasmus koordinatori no Latvijas un Lielbritānijas. Tika secināts, ka Erasmus apmaiņas studenti sastopas ar kultūršoku dažādās pakāpēs, kas ir atkarīgs no dalībni…

The existing international standards suggest a methodology to assign a specific functional class to a road, by the values of some features, both geometrical and use-related. Sometimes, these characteristics are in contrast with each other and direct the analyst towards conflicting classes for a road or, worse, one or more of these features vary heterogeneously along the road. Inclusive Legal Positivism, Legal Interpretation, and Value-Judgments

In this paper I put forward some arguments in defence of inclusive legal positivism. The general thesis that I defend is that inclusive positivism represents a more fruitful and interesting research program than that proposed by exclusive positivism. I introduce two arguments connected with legal interpretation in favour of my thesis. However, my opinion is that inclusive positivism does not sufficiently succeed in estranging itself from the more traditional legal positivist conceptions. In this article, we define the basic concepts of museum work, museum value, and contextual information with the help of a case study and literature. We base the case study on the empirical material of a project that aimed to gather knowledge of the collections of the Finnish Data Processing Museum Association.
