The Principle of Existence II: Genesis of Self-Referential Matrix Law, & the Ontology & Mathematics of Ether

In the beginning there was prespacetime (GOD) by itself e0 =1 materially empty and spiritually restless. And it began to imagine through primordial self-referential spin such that it created the self-referential Matrix Law, the external object to be observed and internal object as observed, separated them into external world and internal world, caused them to interact through said Matrix Law and thus gave birth to the Universe which it has since passionately loved, sustained and made to evolve. In short, this work is the continuation of our hypothesis of scientific genesis, sustenance & evolution of the Universe and all creations within (the principle of existence).

In series of articles we continue to advance idea that mathematics and physics is the same. We bring forward two basic assumptions as principles. First is the primacy of life as opposed to dominating reductionism, and second – immaturity of epistemology. Second principle says that we have reached stage of epistemology where we have stepped outside simple perceptibility only on level of individuality (since Aristotle) but not on level of collective mind. No trim minētajām jomām fizika ir visvairāk sasniegusi realitātes aizsniegšanai, galvenokārt pateicoties kvantu mehānikas sasniegumiem, bet tās nodalīšanās no divām citām jomām kavē pašas tās attīstību. Vēl vairāk, fizika pati iekrīt savā misticismā un varbūt arī pašdarinātā reliģijā - ja tas vēl nav noticis, tad tas notiks - ja tā neizdarīs radikālus apvērsumus savās nostādnēs, kas to vairs nešķirs no augšminētajām jomām.

The change of paradigms in physics and Christianity during historical periods up to the nowadays postmodernism situation is shortly discussed. The search for new physics paradigms in the direction of unification of general relativity theory with quantum theory is analyzed as well as the present status of this search in the context of postmodernism tendencies in Christianity.

We consider idea of hierarchical multitime notion and of the cone of creation. Following this idea, the time used in traditional sense is only a single projection of time in the multitime. Multitime must have inner dimension upwards turning it into hierarchical structure which acts as what we call global cone of creation. On our time projection, evolution of species and BB, both global and local, in SM are examples of local cones of creation. Model for the Findings about Hologram Generating Properties of DNA

A TGD inspired model for the strange replica structures observed when DNA sample is radiated by red, IR, and UV light using two methods by Peter Gariaev and collaborators. The first method produces what is tentatively interpreted as replica images of either DNA sample or of five red lamps used to irradiate the sample. Second method produce replica image of environment with replication in horizontal direction but only at the right hand side of the apparatus. Hen and egg problems of biology from TGD point of view

Biology has several hen and egg problems. What came first: DNA,RNA, amino-acids or proto-cell membrane? Did metabolism precede genetic code or vice versa? The stimulus leading to this article could have been the finding that organic molecules are formed in interstellar space at ultralow temperatures of few Kelvin in which chemistry should freeze completely. Therefore the formation of glycine peptides, which has been demonstrated in the laboratory, should be impossible. The paradox disappears in the TGD framework as do also the hen and egg problems.
