Tämä tutkielma kokoaa yhteen pankkeja nykyisin velvoittavat pääomien määrään ja maksuvalmiuteen sekä rahoitukseen liittyvät sääntelyt. Tutkielman tavoitteena on saada vastaus kysymykseen: Miten pankin tulee huomioida pankkisääntely pääoman ja varainhankinnan rakenteessaan? Tutkielman alussa esitellään pankkitoimintaa yleisesti ja siihen liittyviä optimointiongelmia. Pankkien kannalta optimaalinen pääomarakenne poikkeaa sosiaalisesti optimaalisesta ja tätä varten pankkisääntelyä tarvitaan. El artículo estudia la articulación de la racionalidad y sus límites con la idea moderna de método, y con la expresión poética de las dimensiones no conceptualizables de la experiencia en la obra de M. Zambrano. Como consecuencia, se opone a aquellas interpretaciones de la “razón poética” que acentúan su lado oscuro en detrimento de su utilización de procedimientos racionales.

This data was collected during an short-term incubation experiment in March 2017 that investigated the response of a surface plankton community to upwelling. This experiment was carried in the framework of the SFB754-funded KOSMOS mesocosm study that took place in La Punta, Callao, Peru between February-April 2017. A total of six different treatments were used to disentangle chemical and biological characteristics of deep water that influence surface plankton blooms: 2 different deep water sources with different nutrient concentrations; 3 treatments to distinguish the effects of inorganic nutrients, organic nutrients and deep water microbial populations. The OLYMPUS collaboration reports on a precision measurement of the positron-proton to electron-proton elastic cross section ratio, $R_{2\gamma}$, a direct measure of the contribution of hard two-photon exchange to the elastic cross section. In the OLYMPUS measurement, 2.01~GeV electron and positron beams were directed through a hydrogen gas target internal to the DORIS storage ring at DESY. A toroidal magnetic spectrometer instrumented with drift chambers and time-of-flight scintillators detected elastically scattered leptons in coincidence with recoiling protons over a scattering angle range of $\approx 20\degree$ to $80\degree$. The present study aims to contribute to the discussion regarding the possibility of conceptualizing a religious diaspora. It proposes a new way of defining it, namely in relation to religious and not to ethno-territorial realities, but without editing the territorial dimension out. After sketching the definition on this theoretical basis, the study refers to six case studies, pointing to the way in which the definitory traits of a religious diaspora are actualized in each situation under study.
