La presente tesis versa sobre la operación de reemplazo en derecho español y tiene como propósito sentar las bases para una teoría general en torno ella. La elección de este tema se justifica por la falta de un tratamiento de conjunto dentro de la literatura científica española, que lo ha abordado con criterios más o menos uniformes desde que la renovación del derecho mercantil llamó la atención sobre él al promediar el siglo XX. El De Proprietate Animalium de Manuel Files es un poema didáctico del s. XIV que parafrasea libremente varias fuentes literarias de contenido zoológico, entre las que destaca la Historia Animalium de Claudio Eliano. Un análisis detallado de los procedimientos de sustitución léxica realizado por el autor, apoyado en la consulta de los diccionarios bizantinos, permite reconocer su originalidad compositiva, la riqueza expresiva de su vocabulario poético, pero también la clara conciencia de la existencia de diferentes niveles de lengua y de los muy diversos registros utilizados por el autor.

Vermetid reefs are intertidal biogenic habitats created by a dense aggregation of mollusks, frequently cemented by calcareous algae, and are typical of sub-tropical and warm–temperate rocky shores. These bioconstructions are valuable key-habitats of the coastal zones, increasing their productivity and biological value. In the Mediterranean, the main vermetid reef builders belong to the genus Dendropoma and are associated to encrusting coralline red algae. Vermetid reef can be considered a key intertidal habitat of Mediterranean Sea and increasing knowledge about this natural system is important for its conservation. Aims of this study is to assess topography complexity, structure and composition of the benthic assemblages associated to reef formation in a marine protected area highlighting possible effects of the protection.
The Broker in Pornography and Violence: Lou Reed in Lulu’s World

The article analyses the literary and cultural layers of Lulu, the album published by Lou Reed in collaboration with Metallica, based on Frank Wedekind’s two modernist dramas: Earth Spirit (1895) and Pandora’s Box (1904). In Reed’s reinterpretation, the two plays become his means through which he enters the area of disturbing perversion and graphic pornography. Consequently, Reeds seems to follow Susan Sontag’s diagnosis according to which the goal of pornographic literature is to disorient and to disturb mental balance.
