È viziata da abuso di maggioranza con conseguente annullabilità la deliberazione con cui si disponga a maggioranza la riduzione dei quorum deliberativi dell’assemblea straordinaria in seconda convocazione di una società a responsabilità limitata, in quanto siffatta riduzione consente al socio/ai soci di maggioranza di modificare autonomamente la struttura organizzativa dell’impresa societaria e di svuotare, conseguentemente, di contenuto il potere di veto riconosciuto alla minoranza a fronte di decisioni che riguardano il mutamento dell’oggetto sociale, le modificazioni dei diritti dei soci o, più in generale, dell’atto costitutivo.

Coronary artery anomalies are a heterogeneous group of congenital disorders affecting the coronary pattern with a characteristic (origin, number, number of hosts, course, etc.). They are rarely found in the population. We report the case of a 21-year-old male who died from sudden cardiac death caused by an isolated coronary ostial obstruction, secondary to a rare anomaly, the presence of a valve-like ridge consisting of a small fold in the Valsalva aortic sinus. È stato studiato lo stato di conservazione della carta mediante tecniche non invasive o microinvasive quali pHmetria, colorimetria, spettroscopia di risonanza magnetica nucleare e spettroscopia infrarossa. ABSTRACT Primordial germ cells (PGCs) are the precursors of germ cells, which migrate to the genital ridge during early development. Relatively little is known about PGCs after their migration. We studied this post-migratory stage using microscopy and sequencing techniques, and found that many PGC-specific genes, including genes known to induce PGC fate in the mouse, are only activated several days after migration. At this same time point, PGC nuclei become extremely gyrated, displaying general broad opening of chromatin and high levels of intergenic transcription. The most common coastal sedimentary forms on the arctic coast of the Varanger Peninsula are raised beach ridge plains. The majority of the ridges consist of coarse material, but there are also sandy beach ridge areas close to the river mouths of some of the major rivers. Some bays having the same isostatic rebound and dynamic conditions have been studied to test if the number of beach ridges in each locality is significant to prove climatic changes, storminess, and rates of sediment accumulation, or if the number of beach ridges in each bay is only dependent on their intrinsic characteristics and self organization.
