SCOPO Presentiamo il caso di una paziente anziana (74aa) con tipica sintomatologia da artrosi e discopatia lombo-sacrale (rigidità e dolore alla regione lombare con tipica irradiazione ai glutei ed alla superficie posteriore di entrambi gli arti inferiori, con associata sensazione di intorpidimento) e segni di radicolopatia L4-L5-S1 all’esame obiettivo neurologico, che si presenta alla nostra attenzione per eseguire un esame RM del rachide lombo-sacrale. The use of ceramics for the transformation or conservation of wine has existed since the origins of wine, but the impact of ceramics on wine has not received much attention.However, in contact with the wine, ceramics are generally not neutral materials and the constituent minerals of ceramics are led to dissolve. This work is about geometric optimal control applied to celestial and quantum mechanics. We first dealt with the minimum fuel consumption problem of transfering a satellite around the Earth. This brought to the creation of the code HamPath which permits first of all to solve optimal control problem for which the command law is smooth. It is based on the Pontryagin Maximum Principle (PMP) and on the notion of conjugate point. I fibromi uterini rappresentano il più comune tumore benigno del tratto genitale femminile in età riproduttiva. Sebbene siano spesso del tutto asintomatici, in circa la metà dei casi possono essere responsabili di sintomi debilitanti quali menometrorragia, dismenorrea, anemia, dolore, pressione pelvica, disturbi urinari, costipazione, dispareunia ed infertilità. Diversi approcci sono oggi disponibili per il trattamento dei fibromi uterini, sia farmacologici che chirurgici; tra questi l’MRgFUS rappresenta, in casi selezionati, una tecnica sicura, efficace e non invasiva in grado di preservare la fertilità della donna.
