With data from two qualitative studies from Sweden and Norway, we discuss child poverty from the children's point of view, in the framework of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, articles 27 and 28. In article 27, food, housing and clothing are mentioned as particularly important for an adequate standard of living. The aim of this essay is to reflect on the governance of unvaccinated Italian children aged between zero and six years, due to the new regulatory system on mandatory vaccination in Italy (Law Decree no. 73/2017, converted into Law no. 119/2017). In order to strengthen and protect the right to health, the Italian government first, and then the lawmakers, set forth a specific prohibition preventing unvaccinated children from attending preschool, whether public or private. This Article analyses the effects of succession of States in respect of international treaties on human rights. This is a matter not codified by the Vienna Convention on Succession of States in respect of Treaties. We have to bear in mind that human rights treaties have been adopted by international organisations, which have developed their own practice both for the succession of States as States Members of an international organisation and for the succession of States as Contracting Parties to treaties that the United Nations, the Council of Europe or the European Union have adopted in the field of human rights.

Estudiamos la LO 1/2004 y los motivos del mayor desvalor del golpe del hombre sobre la mujer, que es su pareja, así como la legitimidad de discriminación en las normas penales para igualar desigualando.
