La rappresentazione dell’imperatore Anastasio è analizzata nei diversi filoni della tradizione storiografica, agiografica e letteraria, nei suoi molteplici aspetti, dal motivo dell’attesa soteriologica nel momento dell’ascesa al potere (De cerimoniis di Costantino Porfirogenito, Panegirici di Procopio di Gaza e Prisciano di Cesarea, Vita di S. Daniele Stilita) a posizioni diversificate espresse in relazione alla sua politica nella storiografia ecclesiastica, ortodossa o monofisita, e nella restante documentazione agiografica, fino all’identificazione dell’imperatore con caratteri tipici dell’Anticristo e del suo regno come finis temporum elaborata in ambito siriano.

This article examines some of the cultural and theological motivations of his ministerial work, based on poems, sermons and documents from his years as a bishop. The article shows how Moe’s aesthetic and pedagogical interests are reflected in this period and how he influenced Norwegian church life through his pupils J. C. The present work has as its subject a noted constitution by Gordiano from 238 a.d. in which is discussed the theme of guarantee from eviction in terms of trade operations similar to emptio venditio. In terms of ad exemplum ex empto actionis given to the possessio venalis buyer this paper agrees with dominant theory which excludes an actio ex empto identification. Etant donné que motz et sos des troubadours sont souvent étudiés séparément dans la tradition d'études scientifiques, nous allons essayer d'intégrer les données philologiques et musicologiques pour présenter une 'lecture' chantée et commentée de quatre pièces parmi les moins connues (et les moins enregistrées) de Bernart de Ventadorn, qui nous offrent néanmoins un aperçu assez représentatif des différentes typologies musicales associées à ses chansons par la tradition manuscrite.
