Recent multi-armed bandit based optimization schemes provide near-optimal balancing of arm exploration against arm exploitation, allowing the optimal arm to be identified with probability arbitrarily close to unity. However, the convergence speed drops dramatically as the number of bandit arms grows large, simply because singling out the optimal arm requires experimentation with all of the available arms. Darba mērķis ir izpētīt Eiropas Padomes un Parlamenta direktīvā (ES) 2019/790 par autortiesībām un blakustiesībām digitālajā vienotajā tirgū un ar ko groza Direktīvas 96/9/EK un 2001/29/EK ietvertā pienācīgas un samērīgas atlīdzības principa saturu, kā tas tiek ieviests Latvijas autortiesību regulējumā un kā tas atšķiras no taisnīgas atlīdzības jēdziena. Lai sasniegtu pētījuma mērķi, tika pētīts atlīdzības regulējums Eiropas Savienības (ES), Latvijas un citu ES dalībvalstu nacionālajās tiesībās. Bipartite network analysis is a powerful tool to study the processes structuring interactions in ecological communities. In applying the method, it is assumed that the sampled interactions provide an accurate representation of the actual community. However, acquiring a representative sample may be difficult as not all species are equally abundant or easily identifiable. Innledning Innføring av telemedisinske tjenester har vist seg å være komplekse, fordi det i en telemedisinsk innovasjon utvikles nye tjenester, prosesser og organisasjonsformer. Det er forsket mye på slike innføringer på sykehus, men vi vet lite om hvordan dette foregår i norske kommuner. Derfor har vår problemstilling vært: Hvordan foregår innføring av telemedisinske tjenester i norske kommuner? Materiale og metode For å besvare problemstillingen har vi brukte en kvalitativ metode med fire fokusgruppeintervju med 24 informanter fra 21 kommuner i tre helseregioner. The present paper aims to identify the causes of under-representation of women in E-sports. According to a genre perspective, interest in videogames at the amateur level is quite similar. However, in its professional level, female participation becomes very limited. In the year 1788, the parish of Los Santos Juanes in Valencia proposed to the City Council the erection of same classical-style portico in order to beautify its outer eastern façade, surrounding the head of the temple and relying on the Plaza del Mercado. This portico was never built, but there would be an impact of such an architectural purpose in subsequent reform plans of that outstanding urban location.
