A green method for the determination of cocaine in illicit samples

Abstract Direct determination of cocaine in untreated seized samples has been made based on diffuse reflectance measurements of the near infrared (NIR) radiation through samples contained inside standard glass vials. The method used a series of previously analyzed samples, by the reference gas chromatography method, to build a partial least squares calibration model which was validated using an independent set of samples. Katru gadu Latvijā tiek ieviestas jaunas izmaiņas nodokļu sistēmā un to piemērošanā. 2018. gadā tika ieviesta nodokļu reforma. Šī reforma skar visus iedzīvotājus. Īpaši darba ņēmējus un darba devējus. Darba mērķis ir, balstoties uz normatīvo aktu, literatūras avotu un interneta resursu izpēti, noskaidrot, kā nodokļi ietekmē darba samaksu gan darba ņēmējam, gan darba devējam, kādas ir problēmas un risinājumi to piemērošanā. Izvirzītā mērķa sasniegšanai autore izpētīja dažādus avotus par darba samaksu un nodokļiem, kas to ietekmē, veica aprēķinus par darba algām, izdarīja secinājumus par nodokļu piemērošanu un izteica iespējamos risinājumus.
