Patterns and universals of adult romantic attachment across 62 cultural regions: Are models of self and of other pancultural constructs?

As part of the International Sexuality Description Project, a total of 17,804 participants from 62 cultural regions completed the Relationship Questionnaire (RQ), a self-report measure of adult romantic attachment. Correlational analyses within each culture suggested that the Model of Self and the Model of Other scales of the RQ were psychometrically valid within most cultures. Contrary to expectations, the Model of Self and Model of Other dimensions of the RQ did not underlie the four-category model of attachment in the same way across all cultures. This article presents an overview of the legal regime provided in the Spanish system of criminal sanctions regarding the control of dangerous sex offenders in the community. It focuses on the introduction, in 2010, of a post-prison safety measure named supervised release. We describe the context of its introduction in the Spanish Criminal Code, considering the influence of societal upheaval concerning dangerous sex offenders in its development, and also the historical and theoretical features of the Spanish system of criminal sanctions. This study aims to explore the possibility of classifying sexual offenders according to their personality profiles. Durante las últimas cuatro décadas, el desempleo y la precariedad laboral son dos de los principales problemas del mercado laboral español. Con la última crisis, iniciada a finales de 2007, ambos se han intensificado, en especial el desempleo. Este último ha alcanzado máximos históricos en 2013 cuando, con algo más de seis millones de personas desempleadas, la tasa de paro superó ligeramente 26%. En este mismo año, de los 18,2 millones de hogares existentes en el Estado español, 4,7 tenían alguna persona parada.
