Celem artykułu jest zaprezentowanie istoty systemów wczesnego ostrzegania w zarządzaniu projektami w kontekście osiągania celów projektów. Potrzeba stosowania narzędzi wczesnego ostrzegania w zarządzaniu projektami ma uzasadnienie przede wszystkim w fakcie, że z reguły (pomijając zdarzenia nadzwyczajne) przedsiębiorstwa wykazują objawy sytuacji kryzysowych w realizacji podejmowanych projektów na długo przedtem zanim dojdzie do niepowodzenia projektu. Wczesne zidentyfikowanie sygnałów zbliżającego się kryzysu powinno być zatem jednym z podstawowych zadań w zarządzaniu projektami. The paper considers an optimal control problem of the typewhere the set M of admissible controls consists of all measurable vector‐functions h, which can take only two values h1 or h2. It is shown that the relaxation of this problem can be explicitly computed by rank‐one laminates.

In 2002, excavations carried out by Marie-Cécile Truc (Inrap) at Saint-Dizier led to the discovery of four graves of exceptional wealth, containing a young woman, two men and a horse, dated to c. 525-550 AD. Dressed and adorned with numerous jewels, the young female was laid in a coffin upon which were placed vessels in glass, copper alloy goblet and ceramic. Each male had been buried in an excavated funerary chamber, built within an oak frame. They were laid in their coffins along with their personal clothing, including a ceremonial sword with two rings added to the pommel. The Effect of Electrolytic Solution Composition on the Structure, Corrosion, and Wear Resistance of PEO Coatings on AZ31 Magnesium Alloy

Plasma electrolytic oxidation coatings were prepared in aluminate, phosphate, and silicate-based electrolytic solutions using a soft-sparking regime in a multi-frequency stepped process to compare the structure, corrosion, and wear characteristics of the obtained coatings on AZ31 magnesium alloy. The XRD results indicated that all coatings consist of MgO and MgF2, while specific products such as Mg2SiO4, MgSiO3, Mg2P2O7, and MgAl2O4 were also present in specimens based on the selected solution. Surface morphology of the obtained coatings was strongly affected by the electrolyte composition. Šī sistēma ir diezgan unikāls risinājums klienta puses izstrādes pasaulē un tai nav spēcīgo sacensību, īpaši bibliotēkas React lietotāju kopienā. Šī sistēma iedos iespēju veidot ekosistēmas, kuru bāzē ir plagini, atļaujot veidot produktus un monetizēt tos modulāri. Produkts ir pilnīgi izstrādāts JavaScript valodā, tajā sastāvdaļās ir izmantotas sekojošās tehnoloģijas: Webpack, Babel.

Evidence for strong immediate well-being effects of choral singing – With more enjoyment for women than for men

Choral singing as a leisure activity is associated with increased well-being effects. It is also known that women engage more often in singing activities than men do. The objective of the study was to investigate how emotional states vary on pre and post measurements of a regular choral rehearsal in groups of female and male choral singers. Participants were 212 individuals (women n=152, men n=60) from eleven choirs (amateur n=6, advanced n=5). Results showed that in accordance with the literature on emotions and gender, women reported significantly more positive emotional states than men did related to participating in a regular choral rehearsal.
