The practical implementation of the goals of smart sustainable cities has different forms. This paper explores an example of the Danish smart city Aarhus, through which the so-called ‘Scandinavian third way’ of smart city development is being proposed. The foundations of the ‘third way’ are directly derived from the Scandinavian tradition of cooperation; it is supposed to be an alternative to the more commercial American model and the more centrally-controlled Asian tradition. Smart Technology for the passive house

Planning for sustainable policies aimed at identifying Smart urban spaces is determined by the parameters of Smart Cities model that encourage the production of intelligent building for construction energy efficient. The proposed article analyzes the effectiveness of the passive house in the Mediterranean area, offered by traditional building techniques, proposing a re-reading technology for the detection of a smart design methodology that can lead to the use of technologies with high energy efficiency.

RESUMEN El presente estudio investigó las relaciones entre la autoestima, la soledad y el uso problemático del smartphone y las diferencias de género. La muestra fue no probabilística y estuvo compuesta por 202 participantes (106 hombres y 96 mujeres), con edades comprendidas entre los 18 y los 58 años, que completaron las siguientes pruebas: Smartphone Addiction Scale, Social and Emotional Loneliness Scale for Adults y Escala de Autoestima de Rosenberg.
