Die Nekropole von Lailly Au-delà de l’Eau (Departement Yonne) war 1927 entdeckt worden und wurde1934, 1936 und 1937 und zum letzten Mal 2012 teilweise ausgegraben. Die Untersuchung der in den Depots der Museen von Senswiederentdeckten Grabbeigaben und die systematische Aufarbeitung der Grabungsarchive der Société archéologique de Sens habenes ermöglicht, einen Teil der geschlossenen Fundkontexte zu rekonstruieren und eine Belegungschronologie dieser kleinen Nekropolevorzuschlagen, deren großes wissenschaftliches Potenzial noch in situ erforscht werden muss. Die Studie der Grabsitten hat es zudemerlaubt, die Funde in den regionalen und überregionalen soziokulturellen Kontext zu einzuordnen

A note on normalization schemes: The case of generalized forecast error variance decompositions

The aim of this paper is to propose new normalization schemes for the values obtained from the generalized forecast error variance decomposition, in order to obtain more reliable net spillover measures. We provide a review of various matrix normalization schemes used in different application domains. The intention is to contribute to the financial econometrics literature aimed at building a bridge between different approaches able to detect spillover effects, such as spatial regressions and network analyses. In this work, we assess the role of a specific type of organized crime in influencing choices on where living within the city territory, and consequently, volatility in house prices. More specifically, we test how organized crime killing may influence house pricing behaviors. Firstly, we show evidences about how organized crime is associated with higher inequality of housing prices for Italian cities in 2011. Then, by collecting and geo referencing data on the city of Naples for the period 2002-2016, we test for the direct influence of homicides on the relevant territory, as on the neighboring districts. A spatial origin‐destination approach for the analysis of local tourism demand in Italy

The article assesses the competitiveness of tourist destinations, while accounting for spatial features of tourism and information on both the origin and the destination of tourists. Using a dynamic spatial panel data model with common factors within the origin-destination framework, it explores unilateral inbound tourism flows in 110 Italian regions from 23 European origin countries over the period 2004-2017. The estimation and test results confirm the need to consider this advanced spatial econometric model. Measurement of the average shape of longitudinal profiles of cosmic-ray air showers at the Pierre Auger Observatory

The profile of the longitudinal development of showers produced by ultra-high energy cosmic rays carries information related to the interaction properties of the primary particles with atmospheric nuclei. In this work, we present the first measurement of the average shower profile in traversed atmospheric depth at the Pierre Auger Observatory. The shapes of profiles are well reproduced by the Gaisser-Hillas parametrization within the range studied, for E>10 17.8 eV .A detailed analysis of the systematic uncertainties is performed using ten years of data and a full detector simulation.
