Orientacja procesowa w zarządzaniu publicznym łańcuchem dostaw

W artykule podjęto problematykę możliwości wdrożenia orientacji procesowej do zarządzania publicznym łańcuchem dostaw. Wskazano na znaczenie uwarunkowań polityczno-prawnych, wyznaczających system celów i tworzących ramy realizacji zadań publicznych. Pokazano, że istotne znaczenie ma identyfikacja procesów podstawowych i wspomagających oraz koordynacja styków w łańcuchu tworzenia wartości publicznej. Podkreślono wagę wyznaczania jednostek odpowiedzialnych za realizację procesu, zwłaszcza w kontekście mnogości podmiotów, w tym prywatnych, realizujących świadczenia publiczne.
