Kognitīvo spēju testēšanas rīka izstrāde neirālo funkciju diagnostikas nolūkiem

Darbā raksturoti dažādi kognitīvie testi un to digitalizācijas iespējas, kas iespējams palīdz noteikt potenciālas neiroloģiskās slimības. Praksē šādi testi tiek veikti klātienē drukātā formātā. Tā kā mūsdienu tehnoloģijas ļauj testus digitalizēt, darba ietvaros tika izstrādāta lietotne, kurā var kognitīvos testus pildīt digitāli. Pildot testus, tiek mērīts atbildes sniegšanas laiks un pareizība, demogrāfijas dati un citi konkrētam testam raksturīgi dati. Testu rezultātus var izmantot potenciālo neiroloģisko slimību prognozēšanai. Darba ietvaros tika veikts objektu perspektīvas testa pētījums. International audience; This paper reviews the most known international assessment studies that are conducted in the context of poor countries and highlights the lack of empirical evidence on the degree to which the contents of the tests really match countries' curricula. To illustrate, the paper evaluates the sensitivity of an international testing instrument by comparing the responses of students in two consecutive grades on the same battery of tests. Critical Power (CP) and W’ are often determined using multi-day testing protocols. To investigate this cumbersome testing method, the purpose of this study was to compare the differences between the conventional use of a 24-h inter-trial recovery time with those of 3 h and 30 min for the determination of CP and W’. Krāsu redzes novērtēšana ar datorizēto krāsu sakārtošanas testu un FM-100 testu dažādām vecuma grupām

Maģistra darbs ir uzrakstīts latviešu valodā uz 53 lappusēm. Tajā ir 22 attēli, 2 tabulas, atsauces uz 52 literatūras avotiem. Darba mērķis: Izvērtēt, vai datorizētie krāsu sakārtošanas testi var kalpot kā alternatīva fiziskajiem krāsu sakārtošanas testiem optometristu ikdienas praksē. Dalībnieki: 60 cilvēki vecumā no 40 līdz 69 gadiem ar normālo trihromātisko redzi. Metode: HRR tests tika izmantots ka skrīninga tests, krāsu redze tika izvērtēta ar fizisko FM-100 testu, fizisko R-28 testu, datorizēto FM-100 testu un datorizēto R-28 testu. Galvenais darba mērķis ir izpētīt pieejamo informāciju par Oracle PL/SQL vienībtestēšanas rīkiem, tehniskajiem ierobežojumiem, kā arī izstrādāt ieteikumus par to, kā izvēlēties pareizāko vienībtestēšanas rīku atkarībā no situācijas un kāpēc darīt tieši tā. Lai izstrādātu minētos ieteikumus, nepieciešams analizēt pieejamo informāciju un salīdzināt rīku iespējas. Darbā ir detalizēti apskatīti un savā starpā salīdzināti 4 visbiežāk pielietotie Oracle PL/SQL vienībtestēšanas rīki. Darba rezultāts ir izveidoti ieteikumi Oracle PL/SQL vienībtestēšanas rīka vai ietvara izvēlē, ieviešanā un lietošanā atkarībā no dažādiem faktoriem.

Development and characterisation of polymer composite materials with bio-inspired functions

Promocijas darbs ir izstrādāts disertācijas veidā fizikas nozarē materiālu fizikas apakšnozarē. Pētījums tika veikts LU Materiālu mehānikas institūtā. Darbs saistīts ar aktuālu un jaunu pētījumu virzienu: bioinspirēto funkciju tālāku attīstīšanu slodzi nesošos kompozītos. Tās ir mehānisku triecienu vizuālās indikācijas un polimēru matricas vaskulārās pašdziedināšanas funkcijas. Šīs funkcijas tika nodrošinātas, izveidojot viedus slāņus un iebūvējot tos kompozītā. Pētījumā tika noskaidrotas piemērotās pārbaužu secības, attīstītas kvantitatīvas metodes un mehānisks modelis, lai novērtētu jauno funkciju efektivitāti kompozītos.
