El consumo masivo de productos y servicios digitales e internet no se corresponde con la escasa integración de las TIC en la educación y en la Educación Física. Este “cambio sin cambio”, es decir, centros con tecnología que no mejoran la enseñanza, invita a reflexionar sobre la utilidad de las TIC tradicionales y expositivas. La tecnología que mejor parece adaptarse al aprender haciendo y reflexionando sobre la acción, propia de la Educación Física, es la inalámbrica y portable, por ello el aprendizaje móvil con sus tabletas, smartphones y Apps, está llamado transformar la enseñanza de la Educación Física y deportiva.

ESRA19-0278 Sufentanil sublingual tablet system (SSTS) in post-operative pain: a case series

Background and aims SSTS is a preprogrammed, non invasive, patient-activated bed-side system that enables patients to manage moderate-severe acute pain in a hospital setting. Our aim is to evaluate efficacy, ease of use of SSTS, patients and nurses’ satisfaction. Methods We evaluate pain control and general satisfaction in patients treated with SSTS after general or orthopedic prosthetic surgery. Enrollment started on April the 1st at Policlinico Paolo Giaccone in Palermo and is still ongoing. SSTS allows patients to self-administer a 15-μg sufentanil tablet sublingually with a 20-minute lockout, up to 72 hours. Zrównoważona uprawa roślin, stawiająca nowe wymagania praktyce rolniczej, dąży do ograniczania wykorzystania nawozów mineralnych na rzecz długo działających nawozów organicznych. W szczególności cenne są te nawozy, które powstają w obrębie gospodarstwa z uwagi na ich wysoką jakość oraz brak kosztów związanych z zakupem i transportem.
