Vanhemmat kokevat pikkulapsivaiheen usein haastavana elämänvaiheena. Yksilölliset tekijät vaikuttavat siihen, miten erilaisiin elämäntilanteisiin suhtaudutaan. In this article, starting with the exemplary case of Charlie Hebdo, we discuss the way in which the theme of laughter is intertwined with that of freedom of expression. More precisely, we try to answer the following questions: how can the comic framework modify the space of freedom of expression? Can everything be said within this kind of framework? Can laughter be both an antidote and an enhancer of verbal violence?

The paper presents a close reading of The Day of the Owl originating f rom the perspective of semiotic literary theory. It is possible to observe three strategies in the text: enigma, suspense, and dilemma. Whereas the first two cover the unmasking of the truth – following the tradition in crime novels –, the third strategy is particular to the Sciascian contextual crime novel, focused on the semantic instability of values that are the foundation of the social contract. From this starting point, this essay seeks to show that the ‘first novel on Mafia’ is also the first novel that tackles the issue of the Anti-Mafia.

Cet articleessayera de discuter la question de l’énonciation animale à partir d’une perspective de recherche un peu plus étendue : celle qu’on a appelée d’une zoosemiotique 2.0 : c’est à dire une perspective sémiotique que, en outrepassant les recherches traditionnelles sur le langage et/ou la communication animale (inscrites dans une épistémologie naturaliste et scientiste), peut étudier l’animal ‘en situation’, acteur non-humain qui a des relations sociales (narrative, discursives) avec d’autres acteurs humaines et non humains. Plutôt que présupposer une différence de principe entre homme et animales, il faudrait donc rétablir les dispositifs sémiotiques à partir desquels ils se construis…
