In the last few decades, the use of GNSS Continuously Operating Reference Station (CORS) networks allowed improving the accuracy of real-time positioning and post-processing positioning. In this way, several applications have been performed including remote sensing, agriculture, cultural heritage and geodynamics studies. The latter have been developed analysing CORS time-series and consistent data over long periods were needed to validate the results. This work reports studies on the population dynamics and safe control strategies of Bactrocera oleae in four unsprayed olive groves of western Sicily from 2007 to 2010. The main management tools for B. oleae evaluated were the“Attract and Kill” lures (Ecotrap Vioryl), the use of sardines (traditional practice) and Nu-lure (innovative) and the spinosad (innovative) which is a selective insect control product produced by the fermentation of a naturally occurring soil bacterium, Saccharopolyspora spinosa. The aim is to assess the sustainability of irrigation management in terms of saving energy through the application of the model FAO 56 fetlock water balance. This study lays the foundation for the preparation of action plans developed to reverse negative trends in environmental resource management which are susceptible to degradation processes.

Dopo un’accurata ricerca bibliografica sui fluidi magnetoreologici, il loro comportamento ed impiego, si è passati alla progettazione di una frizione magnetoreologica per autoveicoli. Considerando le caratteristiche di coppia trasmessa e potenza, il dispositivo è stato dimensionato tenendo presente i vincoli di ingombro del veicolo preso in esame. Settore ING-IND/14 - Progettazione Meccanica E Costruzione Di MacchineAfter a thorough literature search on magnetorheological fluids their behavior and use it has gone to the design of a magnetorheological clutch for motor vehicles. Considering the characteristics of transmitted torque and power the device is dimensioned taking into account the constraints of space of the examined vehicle. Subjecting the device to magnetostatic finite element analysis it was determined the trend of the flow lines of the magnetic field in the gap of fluid and in areas of greater interest calculating the torque transmitted theoretically by the clutch. The performance comparison between a traditional clutch and a MR clutch was also performed pointing out that the MR clutch presents shorter response times with high energy savings. The study carried out shows that the device is well suited to a vehicle with automatic or robotic or otherwise with very short response times but requires a control system for the starting the vehicle.

Licenziamento e rideterminazione della sanzione disciplinare nel lavoro pubblico privatizzato

Il contributo, dopo un’analisi della disciplina sanzionatoria del licenziamento invalido nel pubblico impiego, prende in esame il nuovo art. 63, c. 2 bis, del D.lgs. n. 165/2001. La norma, che attribuisce al giudice il potere di rideterminare la sanzione in caso di difetto di proporzionalità, è oggi una peculiarità della disciplina del lavoro pubblico privatizzato. L’Autore ritiene che questa si ponga in controtendenza con le recenti riforme del lavoro in Italia, in quanto recupera importanti spazi alla discrezionalità giudiziale.

The rule which gives the judge the power to re-determine the sanction in case of lack of proportionality is today a peculiarity of the discipline of the public sector. The Author believes that this goes against the trend of recent labor reforms in Italy recovering important spaces for judicial discretion.
