La jurisprudencia de los Tribunales internacionales para la antigua Yugoslavia y para Ruanda determinó que por primera vez el Estatuto de la Corte Penal Internacional tipificase con carácter autónomo diversos crímenes internacionales de naturaleza sexual. En la actualidad, cuatro tribunales internacionales ya se han pronunciado sobre los elementos constitutivos de tres de estos crímenes sexuales, en concreto, la violación, la esclavitud sexual y la violencia sexual. The increase in filio-parental violence over the last few years is reflected in the number of complaints regarding the data provided by government agencies and media, because of the increase in society’s interest for this issue. This study deals with the influence of different parental educational styles on the origin and continuity of these behaviours, through interviews with professionals from the social field and discussion groups with parents and children.

For some, it is a synonym of supra-denominational conflict prevention and resolution, and for others, it is an element of the state’s foreign policy exploited to achieve not just cultural but also political goals. Le donne migranti e le seconde generazioni costituiscono una realtà emergente in Italia anche sotto il profilo del maltrattamento e la violenza intrafamiliare, pur con alcune peculiarità che le distinguono tanto dalle donne italiane, quanto le une dalle altre, a causa delle mille sfaccettature derivanti dalla complessità dei percorsi migratori al femminile. La ricerca, a partire dall’esperienza dei processi migratori di donne straniere in Italia, rintraccia i legami retrospettivi della violenza che fanno da sfondo ad un progetto di emancipazione – tutto al femminile – di donne provenienti per la maggior parte dal terzo mondo.
