2020. gada novembrī uzņēmums “Google” paziņoja, ka pievienos papildus faktoru savam tīmekļu lapas meklētāj servisa lapu ranžēšanās algoritmam – (GCWV) Google Core Web Vitals testa rezultātus. Testa būtība ir veikt novērojumus par jebkuras tīmekļa lapas veiktspēju un idejiski meklētāj servisā kārtot lapas augstāk ar labāku veiktspēju. Darbā tiek apskatītas Google Core Web Vitals testa metrikas un citas populāras tīmekļa veiktspējas metrikas, to ietekmējošie faktori un biežāk veiktie optimizācijas darbi. Praktiskajā daļā tika veikti optimizācijas darbi autora veidotai tīmekļa lapai. Rezultātā tika gūts metriku rezultātu uzlabojums par 60%. Darbu noslēdz rezultātu un secinājumu nodaļas.

AbstractThis paper investigates gender differences in university performances in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM) courses in Italy, proposing a novel application through the segmented regression models. The analysis concerns freshmen students enrolled at a 3-year STEM degree in Italian universities in the last decade, with a focus on the relationship between the number of university credits earned during the first year (a good predictor of the regularity of the career) and the probability of getting the bachelor degree within 4 years. Population numbers and densities are examined along with using a gender focus as illustrative of individual characteristics. For the most part, people’s and society’s choices create vulnerabilities based on demographics rather than specific demographic characteristics inevitably conferring vulnerability.

Abstract B vitamins are a group of compounds with beneficious properties for dermatologic care, and therefore they are included in the cosmetic formulations as high added-value ingredients. In this paper, an analytical method for the simultaneous determination of eight water-soluble B vitamins in cosmetic products is reported for the first time. This method is based on liquid chromatography with ultraviolet detection (LC-UV) analysis after simple water leaching of the analytes from the cosmetic matrix.
