Bakalaura darba tēma - ’’Māsu noslodze reģionālās slimnīcas ķirurģijas – traumatoloģijas nodaļā’’. Through the field study of the prevention of psychosocial risks at work (PSR), our work illustrates the difficulty faced by researchers and practitioners in the context of a responsiblecorporate approach. The multiple possible approaches of the prevention of PSR are all ways leading to management choices with contrasted methods and results. That makes it necessary for researchers and practitioners to position themselves upstream from these choices.

The maintenance and the rehabilitation of the urban road pavements are not often based on systematic program and scheduling but rather on emergency or on other not identified reasons. Moreover the Life Cycle Cost Analysis (LCCA), the only peculiar procedure for the management pavement, finds its own application for highway and motorway, even if it is possible to search the best investment for the urban interstate and arterials. Musculoskeletal disorders and incongruous postures in workers on ropes: A pilot study

Background: Occupational hazards believed to cause musculoskeletal disorders in rope workers are traditionally associated with maintaining incongruous postures for prolonged periods of time. Design and methods: A cross-sectional survey was conducted on 132 technical operators in the wind energy and acrobatic construction sectors, who work on ropes, analysing the ergonomic characteristics of the environments, the way in which tasks are carried out, the strain perceived by individual workers, and assessing the presence of any musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) by means of an objective examination focused on the anatomical districts that were the object of our study. Bezpieczeństwo pracowników społecznych jest warunkowane odpowiednimi determinantami. Do podstawowych zalicza się determinanty systemowe, determinanty osobowe oraz determinanty środowiskowe. W grupie determinant osobowych wyróżnia się cztery zasadnicze czynniki warunkujące bezpieczeństwo pracowników służb społecznych. Są to w szczególności: pozytywna selekcja do zawodu, predyspozycje osobowościowe, przygotowanie merytoryczne i morale zawodowe. Katalog ten jest otwarty i może być uzupełniany w toku dyskursu poświęconego zagadnieniom bezpieczeństwa pracowników tej profesji.
