Blaming one’s partner is common in couple therapy and such moral comment often evokes affective arousal. How people attune to each other as whole embodied beings is a current focus of interest in psychotherapy research. This study contributes to the literature by looking at attunement during critical moments in therapy interaction. Responses to blaming in verbal dialogue and at the level of the autonomic nervous system (ANS) were investigated in two couple therapy cases with a client couple and two therapists. Darba mērķis bija noskaidrot, kāda saistība pastāv starp indivīda nenoteiktības nenoturību un elektrodermālo aktivitāti1) noteiktā un nenoteiktā situācijā, 2) neitrālu un negatīvu audiālo stimulu gadījumā, 3) gaidot situācijas iznākumu un pēc tās. Pētījumā piedalījās 25 dalībnieki, ar vidējo vecumu M = 24,62, SD = 4,42 gadi. Tika demonstrēta attēlu un skaņas signālu sērija, paralēli mērot elektrodermālo aktivitāti. Tika izmantota Nenoteiktības nenoturības 12 pantu skalu un DASS-21. Nenoteiktības nenoturības 12 pantu skalas iekšējā saskaņotība bija laba, bet konverģentā validitāte bija vāja. Objectives Increasing evidence suggests that inflammation has a detrimental effect on muscle strength. Our objective was to analyse the association between muscle performance and different disease activity levels in patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Method A total of 199 consecutive outpatients were subject to cross-sectional assessment. Measurements of grip strength, endurance of the upper and lower limbs and trunk strength were combined as a muscle performance composite score (MPCS), using a standardised method.
