Foucault: il potere oltre le regole. Repliche a Celano, Moreso, Segatti e Spena

2020

2021

Considering that it is difficult, if not impossible, for an analysis of Chopin?s music to unmask some aspects of his private life (such as an alleged sexual and affective attraction for individuals of his own sex), we can however argue that, throughout the 19th century, a connection was established between his work and a ?feminine universe.? That connection might have had implications in the way in which the feminized image of its author was constructed. The analysis of certain aesthetic and stylistic traits of Chopin?s music can help understand the causes of that perception.

On the dynamics of disobedience: experimental investigations of defying unjust authority.

2017

Across six Experimental conditions with university student participants (N=600), we examined some of the dynamics underlying expressed defiance to unjust authority. Results revealed disobedience was best enacted by participants low in right-wing authoritarianism and was more likely to occur when: 1) in physical proximity of other rebels, 2) the authority made two demanding requests instead of one, and 3) there had been an earlier opposition to injustice. Results are discussed within the theoretical framework of bounded rationality.

Kompetencje organów gminy związane z finansowaniem zadań własnych gminy w formie dotacji

2019

Brak jednolitości rozwiązań prawnych, w zakresie szeroko pojętego systemu dotacyjnego, skutkuje trudnościami w analizie przepisów a w konsekwencji prowadzi do nieprawidłowości w realizacji zadań publicznych poprzez formę dotacji. Właściwa kompozycja prawna kompetencji organów jednostki samorządu terytorialnego z uwzględnieniem zasady jednolitości systemu prawa i stosowania konsekwentnych, na gruncie poszczególnych materii normowania, …
