Lo scritto esamina la natura giuridica della azione ordinaria e della azione revocatoria e il fondamento di queste azioni, che viene rinvenuto in un illecito commesso dal debitore e dal terzo. Nel caso di atti a titolo gratuito invece la revoca mira a evitare un ingiustificato arricchimento del terzo. The paper examines the juridical nature of the actio pauliana and of the bankrupty invalidation action and the reasons of these actions, which are based on a tort committed by the debtor and by the third party. In the case of free-of-charge deeds, however, these actions aim to avoid unjustified enrichment of the third party.

Emotion regulation (ER) plays a vital role in individuals’ well-being and successful functioning. In this study, we attempted to develop a computerized adaptive testing (CAT) to efficiently evaluate ER, namely the CAT-ER. The initial CAT-ER item bank comprised 154 items from six commonly used ER scales, which were completed by 887 participants recruited in China. We conducted unidimensionality testing, item response theory (IRT) model comparison and selection, and IRT item analysis including local independence, item fit, differential item functioning, and item discrimination. The Italian seed bank network (RIBES) aims to improve the quality and safety of the germplasm reserves of native plant species in Italy to ensure the long-term conservation of endangered and/or endemic flora. The strategy includes traditional methods to secure seed conservation. A comprehensive priority list for seed collection is being defined, it was prepared by crossing data of various checklists (red lists, endemics) and will soon be cross-referenced with an updated list of accessions of the whole network. The Corpus of Finnish Sign Language

This paper presents the Corpus of Finnish Sign Language(Corpus FinSL), a structured and annotated collection of Finnish Sign Language (FinSL) videos published in May 2019 in FIN-CLARIN's Language Bank of Finland. The corpus is divided into two subcorpora, one of which comprises elicited narratives and the other conversations. All of the FinSL material has been annotated using ELAN and the lexical database Finnish Signbank. Basic annotation includes ID-glosses and translations into Finnish. The anonymized metadata of Corpus FinSL has been organized in accordance with the IMDI standard. Altogether, Corpus FinSL contains nearly 15 hours of video material from 21 FinSL users.
