The structure of the system to evaluate the performance in the banking sector is poorly studied in France. We don't have many information about Organizational Architecture of retail banks although manager argue that branches are important to generate regular revenues. The questions are numerous : how are branches managed ? are the decision rights equally assigned in branches among all the banking sector ? And what's about the specificity of mutual banks ? The aim of the study if to answer theses questions and try to elaborate a typology between mutual and commercial bank.

Bakalaura darba “Ētiskie aspekti piena bankas izveidei Latvijā” mērķis ir izpētīt un analizēt ētiskos aspektus piena bankas izveidei Latvijā. Tēmas aktualitāti Latvijā autore pamato ar faktu, ka ētisko aspektu analizēšana dos iespēju novērst iespējamos šķēršļus un problēmsituācijas piena bankas veidošanā. Empīriskā pētījuma pamatā tika izmantota kvalitatīvā pētniecības metode – daļēji strukturētas intervijas. Pētījumā piedalījās 2 eksperti un 8 bērnu vecāki, kuru bērni dzimuši līdz 32. grūtniecības nedēļai. The paper scrutinizes the consequences of the adoption of a currency board arrangement (CBA) by some emerging economies during the 1990s. Considering the justifications o f this choice and the different setting-up contexts, it focuses on the implications of a CBA on the financial system and the real economy. A high degree of liquidity of the banking system is required in the absence of a lender-of-last-resort, and the automatic money supply process strictly disciplines the fiscal policy. This doctoral thesis empirically evaluates the effects of monetary policy on income and wealth inequality in two of the main monetary areas of the world: the Eurozone and the United States. Moreover, in the case of the Eurozone, the interaction between the dynamics of income inequality and banking activity is evaluated, distinguishing between banking structures. It is not always known what exactly causes a risk. I am interested in risk-understanding technologies which do not govern this in advance but only require passing certain risk tests.
