Introduzione Il benessere affettivo nei luoghi di lavoro è un tema a lungo trascurato a causa del susseguirsi di modelli teorici razionalistici di comprensione del rischio psicosociale. Il modello sviluppato da Warr (2007) si basa su un concetto di benessere psicologico definito in termini affettivi, ossia basato sulla tipologia di emo- zioni sperimentate dall’individuo. La proposta MiCA, nel regolare il white paper sulle offerte di crypto-assets, sembra tenere in considerazione i benefici e i limiti dei sistemi di voluntary e di mandatory disclosure, non optando integralmente né per il primo, né per il secondo. In quest’ottica, se può condividersi l’approccio regolamentare diretto a graduare, a seconda della tipologia di token offerto, sia il contenuto che l’assoggettamento del documento a mera notifica o ad approvazione ex ante da parte dell’Autorità competente, dubbi sorgono in ordine all’indistinta allocazione dell’onere della prova in capo all’oblato, nei casi di violazione della disciplina del relativo white paper.
La estructura retórica y la inspiración senequiana de la Canción al Oro de Juan de Jáuregui

Este artículo estudia el diseño retórico de la ?Canción al Oro? del poeta sevillano Juan de Jáuregui y rastrea los textos de Séneca que pudieron inspirarle, así como otros pertenecientes a Horacio, Virgilio y Ovidio, conforme a la práctica renacentista de la imitatio. Entre las formas líricas y retóricas que se reconocen destacan el himno, la priamel y el epichirema, y en lo referente a las fuentes primarias se concluye que las Epistulae morales y el tratado De beneficiis de Séneca tuvieron un papel relevante.

Due to the widespread support for public parks and open spaces in urban areas, there is an increasing need to analyse the social benefits that are generated by such amenities. The city of Valencia (Spain) has a large park that can be considered its green backbone due to its transversal layout running along 9 of the 19 districts into which the city is divided. A contingent valuation survey was therefore conducted in order to obtain the non-market benefits derived from the use of this park by the inhabitants of Valencia. However, potential benefits of MPAs to neighboring fisheries are less well-understood. This study quantifies how the European lobster (Homarus gammarus) and the fishery for this valued catch respond to the establishment of a relatively small (5.2 km2) MPA on the Norwegian Skagerrak coast.
