Cilj: Cilj ovoga rada je prikazati pacijenta s intersticijskim cistitisom u kojega je došlo do stvaranja kamenaca u novoformiranom urinskom spremniku. Prikaz slučaja: Pacijent star 48 godina obrađivan je zbog recidivnih infekcija mokraćnog sustava. Prethodno mu je zbog intersticijskog cistitisa, koji je znatno utjecao na njegovu kvalitetu života, učinjena cistektomija uz oblikovanje urinskog spremnika (Mainz-pouch I). Abstract Background Management of ovarian cysts in infants is controversial; it can be conservative or surgical, and the management is determined by the cyst's size and sonographic features. Methods A surgical approach using a 10-mm umbilically placed operative laparoscope was taken in 3 female infants with antenatally diagnosed large, simple ovarian cysts. This large study aimed to determine how ovarian cyst removal affects success rates of IVF/ICSI therapies. Methods 550 patients who underwent an IVF/ICSI treatment between 2002 and 2011 with a persistent ovarian cyst ≤ 5 cm before treatment were analyzed retrospectively. 328 patientsʼ preference was to undergo a laparoscopic cystectomy and 222 patients opted for a conservative management. The sonographic appearances of urachal anomalies are illustrated by six patients with persistent urachus (n = 1), infected persistent urachus (n = 1), urachal sinus (n = 1), infected urachal cyst (n = 2) and urachal diverticulum (n = 1). The anomalies were diagnosed sonographically in every case. Symptomatic patients were treated surgically.

Central odontogenic fibroma (COF) is a rare benign odontogenic tumor derived from the dental ectomesenchymal tissues. A 16-year-old Caucasian female patient was referred by her dentist for a radiolucent asymptomatic area associated with the crown of the impacted lower right third molar. A preliminary diagnosis of a follicular cyst was supposed. The lesion was surgically removed under general anesthesia together with the impacted tooth.
