The Crisis on the Labor Market in Romania

In the last 17 years the labor market in Romania has suffered deep changes. We can found two distinct stages regarding the evolutions on the labor market in Romania after 1989. The first stage, which includes the period 1990 – 2003, is defined as a period of deep restructurations of the Romanian economy. It is characterized as a period of relatively high unemployment and the undertaken actions were directed mainly at limiting the unemployment and its harmful effects on the society. W wiekach XVII i XVIII na południowo-wschodnich terenach Rzeczypospolitej znajdowało się największe na świecie, dynamicznie rozwijające się skupisko ludności żydowskiej. Korzystne warunki zamieszkania zapewniały Żydom przywileje prawne i ekonomiczne oraz opiekę ze strony właścicieli wielkich majątków ziemskich. Egzystencja skupisk ludności wyznania mojżeszowego w stosunkowo niewielkim stopniu była zakłócana przez antyżydowskie działania władz kościelnych, procesy o mordy rytualne oraz wrogość ludności rodzimej (Rusinów). Nuo 1960 iki 1990 metų Europos gyventojų skaičius nuolat augo, todėl buvo pradėta masinė daugiabučių statyba. Daugiabučiai gyvenamieji namai sudaro reikšmingą bendrojo būsto fondo dalį Vidurio ir Rytų Europoje. Trijose Baltijos šalių sostinėse – Vilniuje, Rygoje ir Taline – 2011 metų duomenimis 58–75% gyventojų buvo įsikūrę dideliuose daugiabučių kvartaluose.
