Smärta har i tidigare studier identifierats som ett hinder till fysisk aktivitet bland diabetiker och man har kunnat se samband mellan kronisk smärta och svårigheter att utföra fysisk aktivitet. The type 2 diabetes is commonly considered a complex genetic disease, resulting from interactions between multiple genes and environmental factors without any single factor having strong independent effects. We studied the influence of family history to type 2 diabetes on physical phenotype of 47 health adolescents. In both sexes groups with positive family history (FH+) had the highest values of stature and body weight (p<0.05 for males, not significant for females), waist circumference (p<0.05 for males, not significant for females), and wrist circumference (p=0.05 for males, not significant for females). Family history to type 2 diabetes influence on body parameters of young soccer players

The aim of our study was to analyze the difference of phenotype in healthy soccer players with family history of type 2 diabetes and healthy soccer players without family history of type 2 diabetes. The anthropometric parameters and body composition was analysed. The group with positive family history (FH+) had the highest values of wrist circumference (p<0.05) associated with not statistically significant increase of body fat mass and fat free mass. Tyypin 2 diabetes on elintavoista johtuva, lisääntymässä oleva sairaus, jota voidaan ehkäistä ja hoitaa elintapaohjauksen avulla. Tämän tutkimuksen tarkoituksena on kuvata tyypin 2 diabetespotilaan ohjauksen dokumentointia hoitoketjussa. Sydämen ympärille kertyvä intratorakaalirasva jaetaan epikardiaaliseen ja perikardiaaliseen rasvaan. The maxilla rarely undergoes necrosis due to its rich vascularity. Maxillary necrosis can occur due to bacterial infections such as osteomyelitis, viral infections such as herpes zoster or fungal infections such as mucormycosis, aspergillosis etc. Mucormycosis is an opportunistic fulminant fungal infection, which mainly infects immunocompromised patients. The infection begins in the nose and paranasal sinuses due to inhalation of fungal spores. The infection can spread to orbital and intracranial structures either by direct invasion or through the blood vessels.
