El reconocimiento de las distintas lenguas peninsulares tiene un lugar destacado en los paratextos del diccionario de John Stevens, A New Spanish and English Dictionary (1706). Estas ideas se relacionan con otras de obras británicas anteriores como la A Spanish Grammar de John Minsheu (1617) y el Lexicon Tetraglotton de James Howell (1660), que se originan en la Gramática de la lengua vulgar de España publicada en Lovaina (1559). In questo capitolo si illustrano le suddivisioni interne al gruppo ladino. Dopo aver sottolineato la posizione particolare dell’ampezzano (appartenente linguisticamente al gruppo cadorino), si mostra che le restanti varietà sono separate da tre diverse linee di demarcazione che si sovrappongono: una linea di origine altomedievale che corre da nord a sud, dividendo Fassa e Gardena da Badia e Fodom; una da ovest a est, più recente, che isola il ladino settentrionale (valli di Gardena e Badia) dal ladino meridionale; e infine una linea circolare che separa le varietà centrali da quelle periferiche.Nella seconda parte del capitolo sono discusse le differenze fonologiche, morfologiche, sintattic…

The phenomenology of life has a fundamental, difficult relationship with the Hegelian conception of the spirit. The ‘immanent dialectics’ of life is in opposition to the necessary passage of the Hegelian spirit for the manifestation meant as alienation. The essay attempts to highlight, not least through the analysis of the concept of suffering, not only the debt that Henry contracts with some aspects of Hegelian dialectics, but also the problematic consequences of his peremptory rejection of Hegelian belonging of the negative to the being.
