Nel mese di luglio del 1825, l’architetto-disegnatore Jean-Jacques Lequeu (Rouen 1757-Parigi 1826) confeziona gran parte dei lavori di una vita trascorsa al tavolo da disegno per donarli alla Biblioteca del Re (oggi Biblioteca Nazionale di Francia) appena un anno prima di spegnersi nel suo appartamento di Parigi al numero 33 di rue Saint-Sauveur. Da quel momento il gruppo di disegni appartenuti all’architetto normanno costituirà una delle collezioni più eterogenee e ricche di contenuti di tutto il département des estampes et de la photographie, dove oggi sono custoditi. The proposed essay covers the redesign of the graphic notes for a small manual on the “serial” houses. Written by Giuseppe Vaccaro between 1940 and 1942 when he was called to participate in military actions during the second great war. The text, the schemes and the design elaborated by the Bolognese architect not only seem to ‘anticipate’ the housing emergency that would have occurred at the end of the conflict, but also they highlight his imaginative power. A numerical model, obtained by implementing a cyclic damage model in the framework of an interface element, is here proposed to reproduce the crack growth in laminated composites subjected to cyclically repeated loads. This model, which differs from the few studies in the literature on the topic, applies not only to single fracture modes but also to mixed modes, and to constant or variable crack growth rates. The applied load (in terms of force or displacement) is assumed to oscillate between a minimum and a maximum constant value. Sustainable design: study of the life cycle assessment of the production and packaging of wine

The object of the study is the identification of the factors that interact with the environment during the production and the packaging of wine. For this aim is use an Economic Input-Output Life -Cycle assessment (EIO-LCA) and I-LCA database to access both the direct and indirect effects of supply chain on the environment and economy. In this phase is examines the impact on the environment by different types of packaging, and transport, the comparisons are made analyses energy, materials consumption and emissions in the environment.
