Autorka zaprezentowała problematykę zastosowania arteterapii w oddziaływaniach resocjalizacyjnych w kontekście trzech grup opinii: pracowników służby więziennej odbywających szkolenia z zakresu arteterapii, skazanych uczestniczących w zajęciach arteterapeutycznych w zakładach karnych, a także studentów kierunku pedagogika resocjalizacyjna, którzy przygotowując się do wykonywania zawodu, mają możliwość podczas studiów nabyć wiedzę i doświadczenie dotyczące możliwości zastosowania arteterapii w projektowaniu działań resocjalizacyjnych dla osób nieprzystosowanych społecznie. Całość dopełniają doniesienia z badań znanych polskich naukowców.
Time-domain effective-one-body gravitational waveforms for coalescing compact binaries with nonprecessing spins, tides and self-spin effects

We present TEOBResumS, a new effective-one-body (EOB) waveform model for nonprecessing (spin-aligned) and tidally interacting compact binaries.Spin-orbit and spin-spin effects are blended together by making use of the concept of centrifugal EOB radius. The point-mass sector through merger and ringdown is informed by numerical relativity (NR) simulations of binary black holes (BBH) computed with the SpEC and BAM codes. The concept of ‘direct applicability’ and ‘self-executing’ nature of international norms is still object of intense debate in the international legal scholarship. In Italy, such a debate has attracted new attention in the light of a recent ruling of the Joint Sections of the Court of Cassation, according to which the norms enshrined in the European Convention of Human Rights are not directly applicable in domestic proceedings. Such a statement seems to derive from some terminological and legal mis-understanding.
