El objetivo de este trabajo es presentar el proceso de adaptación al Espacio Europeo de Educación Superior del cuestionario de opinión del alumnado sobre la docencia de su profesorado que se ha seguido en la Universidad del País Vasco. En este proceso se ha adoptado una metodología mixta. Tras efectuar la revisión de los cuestionarios de otras universidades, teniendo en cuenta el marco teórico del nuevo cuestionario, las competencias transversales adoptadas por la Universidad y las tres dimensiones que señala la ANECA, se redactaron una serie de indicadores y posibles ítems susceptibles de conformar el nuevo cuestionario. The 4th National Report ex Art. 17 of the 92/43/EEC Directive in Italy (period 2013-2018) will try to fill a number of gaps still affecting the former versions of the Italian Reports, where territorial data were still missing for large parts of the country and the assessment was mostly based on the use of the expert opinion. Similar inconsistencies also emerged in other European countries (State of nature in the EU, EEA 2015). In order to reach this aim, a nationally shared protocol for monitoring the vegetation-based Annex I Habitats is currently under development. Celem niniejszego artykułu jestanaliza przyczyn korzystania w niewielkim stopniu przez mieszkańców Chorwacji z obywatelskiego prawa wyboru kandydatów do Parlamentu Europejskiego.Wybory z ostatnich lat pokazują jednak, że zainteresowanie obywateli nie jest zbyt duże. Społeczeństwo Chorwacji nigdy nie było nadmiernie euroentuzjastyczne. Wynika to z kilku powodów, m.in. trudnych doświadczeń funkcjonowania w Jugosławii, co spowodowało, że Chorwaci nie są pozytywnie nastawieni do cedowania prerogatyw państwowych na rzecz innych podmiotów.
