International audience; Neutre ou négativement active selon les théories, la monnaie est un outil qui valide la valeur économique d’un bien ou d’un service. Pour que cet outil soit utilisé, il faut qu’il soit « accepté ». Quelle situation, quel projet, quels rapports de confiance ou de force vont permettre la création d’une monnaie et son développement et quels effets cela aura t-il sur la société ? This communication evokes the coordination activities that were made within the WP6C group that is in charge of the definition of the CATALYSE toolkit contents. The diagnosis and evaluation guides that have been defined and used by the present CAENTI partners since 1994 were harmonized. International audience; Le conseil d'administration doit arrêter les comptes de l'entreprise. Pour ce faire, il s'appuie sur les résultats des travaux d'audit externe. Comme l'ont montré les nombreux scandales comptables intervenus depuis 2001, l'audit par lui-même ne garantit pas nécessairement la qualité des comptes. Il faut s'assurer de la qualité du processus d'audit. A partir d'un travail effectué avec 33 commissaires aux comptes tunisiens, nous avons développé une grille d'analyse de la qualité du processus d'audit.
