This paper focuses on the study of the virtual identity of Internet users in discussion forums and, specifically, their discursive identity. After a brief introduction to the concept of virtual identity, I analyze the basic characteristics of such forums, conceived as a place of dialectic, polyphonic and multidiscoursive communication. In the second part, I examine locutors’ discursive behavior in ideological argumentative discourse. First, I look at the image that the Internet user offers through its argumentative posts and how it is perceived by the virtual community. The main accomplishment of the Property Regimes Regulations lies in their bringing more coherence into the cross-border family law adjudication. In the field of international jurisdiction, they strive to align the competence in couples? patrimony disputes to that in succession and in separation proceedings, or else to align the competence of the courts to the applicable law. These tendencies are clearly visible in the Regulations? provisions on choice of court agreements. La introducció del fòrum virtual en l’assignatura d’Informàtica II en Biblioteconomia i Documentació

Este artículo introduce la experiencia docente que se ha llevado a cabo durante el curso académico 2008/09 con la introducción de un foro virtual como herramienta de enseñanza y aprendizaje en la asignatura de Informática II en la Diplomatura de Biblioteconomía y Documentación de la Universitat de València. Para analizar la experiencia se realiza un estudio cuantitativo sobre de la utilización del foro y del tipo de participaciones. Así mismo se valora la opinión de los alumnos sobre el foro como herramienta de trabajo para el aprendizaje.
