En aquesta tesi s'investiga l'ús de diferents tècniques de registre deformable per registrar imatges de ressonància magnètica preoperatòries i imatges d'ultrasò interoperatòries en la biòpsia de pròstata. Un registre correcte garanteix l'adequada presa de mostres de biòpsia dels teixits malignes de la pròstata i redueix la taxa de re-biòpsies. In this work we establish and test the technique of parallel adiabatic passage (PLAP) thatoptimizes the adiabatic passage in the sense that it selects specific paths that allow a fastadiabatic dynamics while preserving the standard robustness of adiabatic techniques. Theintuition of PLAP is based on the fact that the use of eigenvalues that are parallel for alltimes is expected to lead to a small nonadiabatic transition probability from Landau-Zeneranalysis for two-state approximations. In plants, long distance transport of sugars from photosynthetic source leaves to sink organs comprises different crucial steps depending on the species and organ types. Sucrose, the main carbohydrate for long distance transport is synthesized in the mesophyll and then loaded into the phloem. After long distance transport through the phloem vessels, sucrose is finally unloaded towards sink organs. In the recent years the wine consumption tends to decline, causing a world wine production surplus. Therefore, the wineries want to diversify their production to wines more qualitative and therefore more expensive. Thus, it is important to understand how the consumers perceived the wine quality. This work proposes a questionnaire measuring the perceived complexity of the wine. It demonstrated a strong link between the perception of the complexity and quality of a wine. The wines which are perceived like qualitative are wines concentrated in aromas persistent for the sensory point of view.
