Poincaré Type Inequalities for Vector Functions with Zero Mean Normal Traces on the Boundary and Applications to Interpolation Methods

We consider inequalities of the Poincaré–Steklov type for subspaces of H1 -functions defined in a bounded domain Ω∈Rd with Lipschitz boundary ∂Ω . For scalar valued functions, the subspaces are defined by zero mean condition on ∂Ω or on a part of ∂Ω having positive d−1 measure. For vector valued functions, zero mean conditions are applied to normal components on plane faces of ∂Ω (or to averaged normal components on curvilinear faces). We find explicit and simply computable bounds of constants in the respective Poincaré type inequalities for domains typically used in finite element methods (triangles, quadrilaterals, tetrahedrons, prisms, pyramids, and domains composed of them). Lai gan metaforas pētījumi ir piesaistījuši daudzu zinātnieku uzmanību, metaforu lietojums modes emuāros nav daudz pētīts. Emuārs kā žanrs parādījās 2000.gadu sākumā un kopš tā laika ir izveidojušies dažādi emuāra veidi. Empīriskie dati ir ekscerpēti no modes emuāra The Blonde Salad. Pētījums ir izstrādāts, lai atbildētu uz pētījuma jautājumu - kāda metaforu funkcija dominē emuārā The Blonde Salad. In this paper the considerations on possibility of performing money functions by digital currency with an example of bitcoin are presented. The conditions of bitcoin emerge and its spectacular dynamic development caused by limitations of contemporary financial system are being discussed. This paper introduced one of the most popular digital currencies — bitcoin in terms of three elementary economic functions of money: mean of exchange, measure of value and store of value.

The sealing of soils by impervious materials is, normally, detrimental to its ecological functions. Exchanges of energy, water and gases are restricted or hampered and an increasing pressure is being exerted on adjacent, non sealed areas. The soil erodibility factor, K, of the Universal Soil Loss Equation (USLE) is a simple descriptor of the soil susceptibility to rill and interrill erosion.
