Highlights • Increasing the share of walking and cycling is one of the building blocks of sustainable mobility transformation. • We organised an online Delphi survey for 30 walking and cycling experts during the first wave of COVID-19 pandemic. • Disaggregative Delphi analysis is elaborated based on the systemic restructuring of qualitative data. • Transport experts’ views of the future are described in the form of five walking and cycling scenarios up to 2034. • The results can be used for strategic transport planning and policy, and for identifying instruments for walking and cycling promotion in urban areas. La presente investigación tiene como finalidad describir cómo la ciudadanía ha contribuido a la elaboración de un Diagnóstico Territorial de Empleo (DET) promovido por la Generalitat Valenciana, previo al diseño de futuras políticas públicas para el fomento del empleo, en tres municipios alicantinos. Se consiguió a través de una Investigación-Acción-Participación (IAP). Se realizaron talleres participativos y grupos focales que sirvieron para que la ciudadanía conociese de la existencia del proyecto y sus fines, además de aportar su experiencia, opinión y plantear posibles soluciones a la problemática del empleo en estos municipios. La obra de Rafael Guastavino Moreno (1842-1908) está vinculada habitualmente a la construcción con bóveda tabicada, un sistema constructivo tradicional originario del Levante peninsular que este arquitecto combinó con el mortero de cemento para erigir un gran número de edificios de muy diverso tipo tanto en Barcelona como posteriormente en Estados Unidos. Possession and volition in the development of modal meanings: a case-study from Sicilian

This article analyses two Sicilian modal constructions involving vuliri 'want' + infinitive and aviri a ‘have to’ + infinitive. They are used to express modal values, both non-epistemic and epistemic, and futurity. Based on Langacker's Cognitive Grammar assumptions, we describe the semantic network associated with each modal, as well as their semantic overlap. In addition, we describe how modal values interact with temporal-aspectual inflection. Our analysis shows that the epistemic values of vuliri are quite peripheral, while aviri a shows a high degree of polysemy, both in the non-epistemic and in the more abstract epistemic domain. Can future observation of the living partner post-tag the past decayed state in entangled neutral K mesons?

Entangled neutral K mesons allow for the study of their correlated dynamics at interference and decoherence times not accessible in any other system. We find novel quantum phenomena associated to a correlation in time between the two partners: The past state of the first decayed kaon, when it was entangled before its decay, is post-tagged by the result and the time of the future observation of the second decay channel. This surprising "from future to past"effect is fully observable and leads to the unique experimental tag of the KS state, an unsolved problem since the discovery of CP violation.

The Mediterranean cities must regain the richness of their counterpoint, but they must also know how to find new “agreements” to generate a new harmony of the city. Even in the city we must find new agreements between living spaces that produce in turn new types of space, intervals of functions, intervals of vegetation, cultural or social intervals that enrich urban polyphony, between agreements and counterpoints. Designing the cosmopolitan city is therefore an opportunity to discuss and design a model of future that includes the history and memory of crossings, hybridizations, mixtures, metamorphoses in a comprehensive project.

Il presente abstract presenta e accompagna gli esiti di una ricerca progettuale1 compiuta sul territorio dell’isola di Favignana, inteso come un campione di paesaggio dell’antropocene. In particolare, il progetto viene adottato come disciplina esplorativa e conoscitiva e come procedura interpretativa di un complesso ed esteso sistema paesaggistico costituito dai bacini delle cave di calcarenite, la pietra con cui si è edificata nei secoli l’architettura dell’isola. Si tratta di un sistema capillare, diffuso, indissolubilmente legato alla genesi della forma urbana e alla costruzione dell’architettura, da potersi considerare a tutti gli effetti come il principio insediativo dell’intera isola.…
