Grafting and mycorrhizal fungi have gained interest for the positive effects they can have on vegetable crops. The aim of this work was to study the combined effect of grafting with Vesicular-Arbuscular Mycorrhizal fungi (AMF) inoculation on fruit yield and quality of mini-watermelon [Citrullus lanatus (thumb.) Matsum and Nakai]. Ungrafted plants or grafted onto rootstock RS 841 F1 (Cucurbita maxima × C. moschata) were transplanted to the field. Abstract Solanum torvum is the eggplant ( Solanum melongena ) relative most commonly used for grafting even if the nursery production of eggplants grafted onto this rootstock has some issues related to its long, irregular and erratic germination and slow growth and development of seedlings. Rastra un vektoru grafikas pēc savas uzbūves ir ļoti atšķirīgas un nesalīdzināmas, taču analizējot to struktūru un izmantojot dažādas attēlu apstrādes metodes ir iesējama rastra attēlu pārveidošana vektoru formā. Bakalaura darbā tiek apskatīti algoritmi un metodes, ar kurām iespējama rastra attēla pārveidošana vektoru formā. Darbā tiek aprakstīts attēlu vektorizācijas process apskatot vairākus, pēc izmantotajām metodēm atšķirīgus, vektorizācijas algoritmus. Tiek salīdzināti automatizētas vektorizācijas procesā iegūti attēli un aprakstīta tam paredzētā programmatūra.

Impact of viable CD45 cells infused on lymphocyte subset recovery after unrelated cord blood transplantation in children

International audience; We studied lymphocyte recovery in 88 children who consecutively underwent unrelated cord blood transplantation for malignant (n = 64) or nonmalignant (n = 24) diseases. All children but 3 received myeloablative conditioning regimens with pretransplant antithymocyte globulin. Median age was 5.6 years (0.1-18 years) and median follow-up was 40 months (10-136 months). The median dose of infused viable CD45(+) cells (vCD45) was 3.35 × 10(7)/kg with a ratio infused vCD45/collected total nucleated cell at 0.46.
