Muovendo dall’ordinanza n. 38 del 2022 del Consiglio di giustizia amministrativa per la Regione siciliana (CGARS), il contributo si sofferma a) sull’estensione per analogia degli obblighi vaccinali; b) su oscurità ed incoerenze della disciplina sugli obblighi vaccinali in tema di accesso alle strutture socio-sanitarie. Il contributo si incentra poi sull'istruttoria tecnico-scientifica e la motivazione sulla non manifesta infondatezza delle questioni di legittimità costituzionale aventi ad oggetto la disciplina sull'obbligo vaccinale e sugli aspetti problematici dell'ordinanza di rimessione del CGARS.

Food insecurity with hunger and sexual behavior among adolescents from 53 countries

Objectives: To examine the relationship of food insecurity with sexual intercourse, multiple sexual partners and non-condom use. Methods: Data on food insecurity (hunger) and sexual behaviors from 205,296 adolescents from 53 countries. Associations were analyzed using meta-analysis. Results: Overall, 16.0% of the adolescents ever had sexual intercourse and the prevalence of moderate and severe food insecurity was 44.9% and 6.2%, respectively. Moderate and severe food insecurity was associated with higher odds for sexual intercourse. Any food insecurity was significantly associated with condom nonuse at last sex. This article focuses on ethical considerations in the study of challenging family relations. Our perspective derives from multidisciplinary family studies, including social sciences, psychology and educational sciences. Our concerns include why and how to apply a sensitive approach in studying challenging family relations, and what the key ethical issues are in studies of this kind. Drawing on the concept of micro-political resistance, this article presents an empirical analysis of how officers of the Finnish Defence Forces challenge, resist, and reinforce the collective military identities constructed within the prevailing organizational discourses. There is a need for identity work to meet the norms and ideals of the military, but individuals can also work as change agents.
