The article focuses on the German Civil Code and its translations into Polish. After it came into force in 1900, the Civil Code was also binding in the western parts of contemporary Poland until it was repealed by a unified Polish Civil Code after the Second World War. Selected usual word combinations in the German civil law have been analysed, in order to check whether their Polish counterparts are still usual in the Polish legal language. Therefore the article deals with a question which according to Lombardi’s opinion (2007: 119) is a desideratum research.

Abstract European agriculture should meet new increasing internal and contextual challenges. For example, the reform of the Common Agricultural Policy in 2003 introduced the cross-compliance, among other novelties, as compulsory for farmers. Water shortage and scarcity are issues of global concern. Water pollution caused by organic micropollutants further aggravates the problem, by rendering an already scarce resource unfit for human consumption. The existing conventional wastewater treatment methods and infrastructure were not designed to eliminate micropollutants. Therefore, their inefficiencies call for modern methods for removing emerging micropollutant residues such as Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs), Endocrine Disrupting Compounds (EDCs), personal care products and pesticides. Desde la perspectiva sociojurídica de los estudios de la gobernabilidad, se analiza la evolución de las estrategias de provisión de seguridad, desde su orientación neoliberal hasta el predominio de la austeridad desde la crisis de 2008. Se delimita así un escenario en el que la desigualdad y la aporofobia son elementos fundamentales del marco axiológico hegemónico. Esto es relevante para la configuración y efectividad de los derechos sociales de distintos grupos vulnerables. El artículo se aproxima finalmente a la situación de las empleadas de hogar y de quienes acceden a una vivienda mediante la ocupación de inmuebles vacíos en España.

Paikallisraha on yksi innovaatiivisista aloitteista, joita kunta on tehnyt tällä vuosituhannella torjuakseen jo 1960-luvulta alkaen käynnissä ollutta väestökatoa. Tässä artikkelissa tutkitaan paikallisrahan käynnistysvaihetta siihen sisältyneiden ristiriitojen näkökulmasta.
