Nel capitolo si delineano le attività prodromiche al dibattimento, fondamentali per la futura attività di formazione dei saperi del giudice nel segmento dell'istruzione dibattimentale, esaminando previamente le regole generali che governano l'udienza dibattimentale, nella consapevolezza che sia il corretto svolgimento dell'udienza come delle pregresse attività necessarie siano condicio sine qua non per l'elaborazione di un'esperienza cognitiva in grado di ricostruire i fatti nel modo più possibile conforme alla 'verità storica', nell'orizzonte della decisione "giusta".

Il contributo analizza il reato di intermediazione illecita e sfruttamento lavorativo, offrendo un’analisi comparata con il sistema repressivo tedesco. Lo studio si sofferma, in particolare, sui limiti di legittimazione del diritto penale nella punizione dei fatti di “caporalato”, nel tentativo di scongiurare che l’intervento repressivo nelle dinamiche economiche e contrattuali, di natura sinallagmatica, possa assumere una portata tale da porsi in contrasto con il canone della sussidiarietà. This study focuses on the role of attentional processes in arithmetical skills and examines if training of basic attentive skills may improve also working memory abilities reducing arithmetic difficulties. This study was undertaken to characterize the essential oil (EO) of Artemisia arborescens growing wild in Sicily. EO, extracted by steam distillation, was examined for its chemical composition and for its capability to inhibit some food-borne pathogen bacteria. A total of 43 compounds (13 monoterpene hydrocarbons, 14 oxygenated monoterpenes, 10 sesquiterpene hydrocarbons, three oxygenated sesquiterpenes and less amount of other three compounds), which account 93.73% of the total oil, were identified by gas chromatography and gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.
