Purpose The purpose of this paper is to explore Finnish adolescents’ subjective health literacy (HL) in association to school achievement, learning difficulties, educational aspirations, and family affluence. Design/methodology/approach Nationally representative data were collected in Finland as a part of the international Health Behaviour in School-aged Children study. The respondents consisted in total of 3,833 adolescents (7th and 9th graders) from 359 schools. Tutkimuksessa tarkastelemme lukion historianopettajien käsityksiä tiedonalansa tekstitaidoista aineistopohjaisen esseen kirjoittamisen opettamisen ja arvioinnin yhteydessä. Lukiossa jokaisen opettajan tulee opettaa oman tiedonalansa kieltä ja tekstitaitoja, jotka kietoutuvat taustalla olevan tieteenalan tiedonmuodostuksen käytänteisiin. Tiedonalan tekstitaitojen opettaminen nojaa opettajien käsityksiin tiedonmuodostuksen käytänteistä sekä niihin liittyvästä tekstitoiminnasta. Maģistra darba temats ir “Publisko bibliotēku bibliotekāru informācijpratība”. Bibliotekāri ir starpnieki starp informāciju un lietotāju. Bibliotekāru informācijpratībai ir jābūt labā līmenī, lai kvalitatīvi apkalpotu bibliotēkas lietotājus. Līdz šim Latvijā nav veiktu pētījumu par bibliotekāru informācijpratību. Maģistra darba mērķis ir noskaidrot, kāds ir publisko bibliotēku bibliotekāru informācijpratības līmenis, un sniegt ieteikumus tā uzlabošanai. Datu ieguvei izmantotas anketēšanas, intervijas un verbālā uzdevuma metodes. Abstract This descriptive study sought to understand the complexities of integrative processing during collaborative online reading. Student pairs constructed a collaborative understanding while reading online information about a controversial issue by connecting, combining and organizing information that originated from prior knowledge, self-selected online texts, and discussions during an online inquiry task.
