Quello che viene denominato "macrosettore credito e assicurazioni" costituisce uno degli ambiti nei quali l'Autorità garante della concorrenza e del mercato ha esercitato con maggiore frequenza le proprie competenze in materia di pratiche commerciali scorrette. Il saggio, affrontata in via preliminare la questione della stessa applicabilità della disciplina al macrosettore, esamina criticamente gli orientamente emersi nella prassi, individuandovi talune costanti dell'interpretazione fornita dall'Autorità ai concetti-chiave che caratterizzano la fattispecie "pratiche commerciali scorrette" e determinano l'estensione della relativa disciplina.
Numerical and Experimental Study of a Novel Concept for Hydraulically Controlled Negative Loads

This paper presents a numerical and experimental investigation of a novel concept that eliminates oscillations in hydraulic systems containing a counterbalance valve in series with a pressure compensated flow supply. The concept utilizes a secondary circuit where a low-pass filtered value of the load pressure is generated and fed back to the compensator of the flow supply valve. The novel concept has been implemented on a single boom actuated by a cylinder. A nonlinear model of the system has been developed and an experimental verification shows good correspondence between the model and the real system. Causal models communicate our assumptions about causes and effects in real-world phe- nomena. Often the interest lies in the identification of the effect of an action which means deriving an expression from the observed probability distribution for the interventional distribution resulting from the action. In many cases an identifiability algorithm may return a complicated expression that contains variables that are in fact unnecessary.
