Anestesisykepleieres metoder for å kontrollere cufftrykk – en observasjonsstudie

Bakgrunn: Forskning viser at pasienter i generell anestesi som har fått sine luftveier sikret med en larynxmaske eller en endotrakealtube opplever postoperative pharyngolaryngeale komplikasjoner. Et kontrollert cufftrykk har vist reduksjon i komplikasjoner.
 Hensikt: Hensikten med studien var å undersøke hvilke metoder anestesisykepleiere bruker for å kontrollere cufftrykk, og hvilke begrunnelser de har for å bruke cufftrykkmanometer.
 Metode: Totalt 45 anestesisykepleiere ble observert når de kontrollerte cufftrykket i en endotrakealtube og en larynxmaske. Anestesisykepleierne ble i tillegg spurt om hvilke begrunnelser de hadde for å bruke eller ikke bruke cufftrykkmanometer.�…

Sensitīvu datu konfidencialitātes nodrošināšana ir nepieciešamība mūsdienās, kad lielākā daļa informācijas glabājas digitālā formātā. Darba mērķis ir izvedot rīku, ar kura palīdzību veikt datu anonimizāciju MySQL datubāzēm, saglabājot datu reālistiskumu, taču slēpjot to konfidencialitāti. Darbā tiek aprakstītas populārākās datu anonimizācijas tehnikas, piemēram, jaukšana, aizvietošana, kā arī tiek sniegti piemēri katrai no šīm tehnikām. Darba rezultāts ir analizēta datu jaukšana tehnikas anonimitātes nodrošināšana, alternatīvo rīku piedāvājumu analīze, kā arī rīka izstrāde aprakstīto anonimizācijas tehniku realizācijai, un to darbināšanai.

The eye movement component that rotates around the line of sight, i.e., the ocular torsion, is in many aspects different from horizontal and vertical eye movements. While ocular torsion is mediated only by reflexive pathways like the torsional vestibulo-ocular and optokinetic reflexes (TVOR and OKN, respectively), horizontal and vertical components are also subject to intentional control mechanisms that are mediated by the saccadic and the pursuit systems. In this paper a comprehensive system-level computational model of oculomotor pathways is presented. This model shows the necessity of embedding internal models of muscles biomechanics in the cerebellar Vermis to realize fast saccadic eye movements based on predicting the changes in muscles lengths. First, the eye biomechanics are described by nonlinear equations during “slow” and “fast” movements. Afterward, by analyzing these equations, a computational model, is deduced. When reading text, observers alternate periods of stable gaze (fixations) and shifts of gaze (saccades). An important debate in the literature concerns the processes that drive the control of these eye movements. Maģistra darbā “Vīriešu mājdzemdību pieredzes naratīva analīze” mērķis ir noskaidrot vai un kā tēvu maskulinitāte ietekmē viņu mājdzemdību pieredzes stāstu veidošanu, izmantojot naratīva analīzi. Pētījuma ietvaros ir veiktas septiņas daļēji strukturētas intervijas ar tēviem, kuriem ir mājdzemdību pieredze. Intervijas analizētas izmantojot naratīva analīzi. Darba teorētiskais ietvars ir balstīts Reivinas Konnelas (Raewyn Connell) hegemoniskās maskulinitātes teorētiskā koncepta ietvaros. Tēvu maskulinitāte ietekmē pieredzes stāstu veidošanu, kā arī viņu izpratni par tēvu lomu ģimenē un attiecībās.
