Towards the identification of species-specific monitoring protocol for the Italian flora of Community interest

The ongoing activities for the identification of monitoring methods for the Italian flora of Community interest (FCI) are presented. The reference framework is the Directive 92/43/EEC. Monitoring is an obligation arising from Art. 11 and the results have to be reported every six years, according to Art. 17. In the last Italian National Report, covering the period 2007-2012, the status of the FCI was assessed using available knowledge and expert judgment, still revealing relevant lack of data for some plant species and, in turn, population parameters (Ercole and Giacanelli, 2014). The chapter analyzes the public support to the internationalization process of Italian firms. It examines the role of public administrations and national promotional banks and their financial and technical support to small and medium-sized enterprises.

Este trabajo trata de analizar tres modelos de ciudadanía europea a partir de la crisis de legitimidad del modelo de gobernanza europeo a la que asistimos hoy. After obtaining the status of free port under the Austrian administration (1719), Trieste was transformed into a rich cosmopolitan town of the Adriatic sea, in which conveyed German and Slavic peoples, and then some groups from the Mediterranean countries. The paper focuses on the co-existence of national identities, the concepts of Central Europe as a geographic space, and Mitteleuropa as a cultural space. In particular, it examines the development of a cultural unity need after the fall of the Austrian Empire, namely from the time of independent small states after the WWI, to the time of the iron curtain that reshaped the continent into two halves, West and East, thus delating the spirit of Mitteleuropa.
